ABOUT

Meet Adam The Nutritionist.

Once a disease sets in this is a clue that something has been going wrong for a very long time.

In order for diseases to show up, a certain percentage of cells have to become dysfunctional.

In the case of heart disease, the amount of plaque may reach 90% or greater before it’s diagnosed.

Before the diagnosis, you may have been telling everyone how good you feel.

There is a point in the health of an organ where the number of cells have exceeded the point where you can “feel” healthy.

My job as a Holistic Nutritionist & Herbalist is to turn the cells back to normal as long as it’s not too late.

I do this with nourishment and cellular detoxification strategies.

Nourishment involves using high-density food and supplements.

Detoxification involves using herb combinations & nutrients to repair systems in the body.

Detoxing is more of a repair process and less about cleansing.

Once cells begin nourishment, they will begin to start reproducing in a healthy way again.

Adam's Story

Dear Friend, My name is Adam Burton and I want to be super honest with you.

I can remember when I let myself go. Like the time I went to a store in the mall and tried to squeeze into a pair of Levis at Belk that used to be my size.

Then it happened. I caught a glimpse of my flabby body in one of those angled mirrors and disgusted myself.

I couldn’t believe that I had gotten so out of control.

See, about 15 years ago I worked at McDonald’s and I was the heaviest I was in my entire life.

I drunk Hi-C and coke everyday...many cups per day. I ate McDonald’s cinnamon buns.

I drunk Fanta and Ice cream snicker bars often too.

I would have rib sandwiches after school. I had salads with tons of ranch and creamy dressings.

I ate Reese Cups on my break and drunk sweet tea “to balance it out”

My stomach had these little dents in it and it was starting to show up on my thighs.

Over the next several months I spiraled down into a depression as a teenager.

I decided to give up and accept that this is the body I am stuck with, because everyone else in my family was over-weight.

I thought I was DESTINED to be over-weight. Most of my family was.

But then I stumbled upon an incredible fitness formula.

Looking back, it wasn't that incredible but it did work well.

It worked a miracles for me and later hundreds of others.

I’m saying all this to say that I have not always been health conscious. I have not always understood nutrition.

I have not always been healthy mentally.

I grew up in the hood, we couldn’t afford grass fed food or organic. Hell a lot of times we couldn’t even afford food.

But I also realize now that we should have invested more into our health.

Maybe my family wouldn’t have suffered from obesity and weight loss surgeries.

I saw the pain poor health had on my family as a child. And if you believe your kids don’t see it you are mistaken.

15 years ago I weighed 255 pounds. I’m only 219 right now. So I can’t relate to some things.

I can relate to being sad, gaining weight, having little energy and not happy about the way my body looked though.

It took me 10 years to realize that I was following in my families footsteps. Most of the weight we need to lose is not on our body.

Once I realized that...I was able to help myself.

Understand the journey and realize that fitness is much more than losing weight.

Depression and anxiety were major things I struggled with as a teen. Now I know the food choices I made triggered my depression.

I could go on and on.

So...

Alabama is the 5th most obese state in the nation at 39.9% adult obesity rate. This means that nearly 40% of our adults are overweight in Alabama.

Roughly 15% of all high school kids in Alabama are overweight, 3rd in the U.S.

Our lack of attention to health & fitness is also effecting our children.

If our parents don't know how to eat how can they teach our youth?

Know that when you meet me you are asking to be apart of a weight loss program.

If you think this journey is all about workouts then you aren't ready to meet me yet!

Here are some things I've helped people do:

  • Have energy to actually play with your kids or grandkids.

  • Not getting tired walking up the steps

  • Not having to suck in your stomach to take pictures

  • Being able to wear any clothing you want without thinking about your arm flab or stomach bulging.

  • How about hiding behind people or using objects to cover your stomach in pictures?

  • Getting sick less often.

  • No more hiding behind bulky clothing.

  • No More waist training

  • Lose 35+ pounds without strict diets.

  • Be able to get off the floor without help

  • No more sleepless nights

What would all this be worth to you?

I offer Life Enhancing Packages. We are not talking about personal training, bootcamp or, nutrition.
